What are Longevity Days

by Longèra Journeys?

Longevity Days by Longèra Journeys take place around the world, carrying the essence of the world’s longest-living communities of Blue Zones far beyond their villages.

Hosted in carefully selected cities and venues, these experiences translate centenarian wisdom into modern life through workshops led by experts, mindful movement, conscious nutrition, and meaningful human connection.

Each Longevity Day is designed as a cultural and lifestyle immersion, where guests learn how to slow down, reconnect with their body, and adopt longevity-inspired habits — no matter where they live.

MULINU – SARDINIA BLUE ZONE MILLSTONE

Mulinu was founded with the vision of restoring wheat as a shared heritage of local communities of central Sardinia Blue Zone.

Through traditional stone milling — a slower and more natural process than industrial milling — Mulinu produces flours with higher nutritional value, richer flavor, and improved digestibility.

Working closely with local farmers, the company is rediscovering ancient wheat varieties, bringing back authentic, ancestral flavors that have long been forgotten, and reconnecting modern tables with Sardinia’s agricultural roots.
