Run, Yoga & Longevity Cooking Workshop
Join Longevity Days x Vevey Run Club for a community run, followed by a yoga session and a hands-on fresh pasta workshop inspired by the traditions of Sardinia’s centenarians, one of the world’s longest-living communities.
RUN — to stay active
Start the day with a gentle community run designed to energise your body. In Blue Zones, longevity is built on natural, consistent movement — not intensity, but joyful activity that supports vitality, mobility, and reduces stress.
YOGA — to restore balance
Through breathwork and mindful movement, yoga helps release tension, improve flexibility, and support mental clarity. In longevity cultures, managing stress is essential for long-term health. This is your moment to slow down and reconnect.
FRESH PASTA WORKSHOP — to nourish & connect
Then, step into a traditional Sardinian experience with a hands-on fresh pasta workshop. In Sardinia, one of the world’s Blue Zones, food is simple, seasonal, and deeply rooted in tradition. You will learn ancestral techniques, discover the importance of simple ingredients, and experience how food becomes a ritual of connection, community, and longevity.
Move together, slow down, and reconnect over nourishing food. A relaxed, community experience where movement, mindfulness, and nutrition come together just like in Sardinia Blue Zone.

Longevity Days
a half-day inspired by the world’s longest-living populations
22 MARCH
Presented by the founder of Longèra Journeys, Annacarla, born and raised in the Sardinian Blue Zone, this experience weaves together centenarian heritage and contemporary longevity practices in one meaningful day.
The day opens with an introduction to Blue Zones longevity science, based on the research of Dan Buettner in collaboration with National Geographic, exploring the lifestyle principles behind long, healthy lives.
It continues with a one-hour yoga session curated by Sandra, whose gentle yet powerful approach uses mindful movement and breathwork to create space for clarity and awareness. From there, the experience flows into a guided coaching moment focused on life transitions, lifestyle reflection, and reconnecting with one’s higher purpose — known in Okinawa as ikigai, a core longevity pillar in the Blue Zones.
The day culminates in a Sardinian Blue Zone cooking workshop led by Longevity Chef Francesco Congiu, currently chef at Clinique La Prairie. Guests join a hands-on fresh pasta experience and a live demonstration of pane frattau, a traditional Sardinian recipe that can easily be recreated at home.
